It was my first time and a lot of things were not clear, but they told me everything and accompanied me without negativity at every step. I'll come here again. What could be improved: make your own security clearance, because you were sent to a different address (it takes a minute to drive). There's a wild horror there, I've never seen a worse Soviet department. A guy is sitting and giving out a permit with a dissatisfied face, but there is still a residue. And there are no questions about the station itself - it's a great place.
