Beware: Online shopping fraud! I want to share my personal experience so that others don't end up in the same situation. I recently contacted the online store DIAMANT.UZ to buy a ring for his future bride. I chose the size of 16, paid through the link that was sent, and the amount was 3,200,000 soums. After the payment, the strangeness began: At first, it was reported that the price of the ring had allegedly risen, but "they made an exception." Then it turned out that the right size was not available, they offered 16.5, assuring that "there is a device for reducing". I agreed because I needed the ring urgently. Further: I provided the address and phone number for delivery, they promised a car in 2 hours. After 2 hours, they informed me that they had sent it by mail, although I asked for urgent delivery. The next day, I received an SMS that the package was in another city — 160 km from me! I refused and asked for a refund. The courier confirmed that the address was correct, but the store did not call back and did not refund the money. In the end: no ring, no money, waste of time and nerves. In addition, the promised "free shipping throughout Uzbekistan" turned out to be a hoax.
