The store is abominably working on delivery. I ordered from them several times, the order is not collected accurately. For the first time, they brought ordinary Alpine cat filler instead of crushed filler. That's okay, half the trouble. The second time is outright arrogance, they brought filler from another company! The invoice indicated my order, in fact another one. No one called from the store, said that there was no order in stock. The courier also did not announce this fact. The order was accepted by another person who was not aware of what kind of filler should be. I am attaching a photo, I overpaid 600 tenge for two bags of filler, which I DO NOT NEED. The principle of operation of the store is to fuck off. The courier does not call in advance, only upon arrival, that is, wait for him all day. He talks rudely, as if he owes money for a long time. I won't buy anything from them anymore, and I don't advise potential customers either.
