It's a pity that you can't put minus stars. Now it's clear why this sauna was the only one available when we ordered it. There are no complaints about the room and the pool, everything is very decent. But the toilet .... When asked to give a book of complaints and suggestions, the manager threatened the police and offered an examination (!!!) for, sorry, a shitty toilet. Here the management needs to think about the staff)

The cockroaches were walking around at home.. The smell is terrible, which they said was poisoned in the water. It's about scary, the children were scared of cockroaches, how can you do that.
