i bought display products from Didim Çetmen store on 29.08.2025. My order numbers are PX1509508 and PK1511017. During the sale, it was stated that the products would be delivered on September 4-5, but no delivery was made on the specified dates and no information was provided to me. Despite repeated calls, the delivery was constantly delayed. the products that were said to be delivered in the afternoon on 08.09.2025 were left at my house at 21:00 in the evening. Ferhat Yalcin, the shipper who delivered the products, left the products at the door without making the installation and without any explanation. Although we have electricity and there are no obstacles to the installation, the installation of the products has not been carried out. Also, the legs of my double seat were delivered broken and unprotected. I have not yet been able to identify possible damages because other products have not been opened. Ferhat Yalcin gentleman then said that the installation was left for tomorrow, and we signed a paper that the installation would be done on 09.09.2025. However, according to the information we received from the Didim Çetmen store today, it is stated that the installation is still tomorrow. Today, on 10.09.2025, they were called by customer services and told that the installation would be coming on 11.09.2025 and that the Didim Cetmen store had not provided information for any installation. Our grievance continues. I got in touch with Hanife Hanifa during the sales and delivery process. However, the lack of interest, lack of information and damaged delivery of products are unacceptable. Actions have been taken in violation of the commitments made during the sale and my consumer rights have been violated. I never recommend, I want the products that have not been installed to be taken from my house and returned
