Если хотите потратить время, деньги и нервы, а на выходе ничего не отремонтировать - то сюда. Разворотили блок питания от монитора непонятно для чего, хотя можно просто было замерить на выходе параметры и сравнить с написанными. Никогда не перезванивает в обещанное время, только самому звонить надо.
