An extremely unpleasant experience that raises doubts about the authenticity of the products and the level of service. Jeans were purchased. After a short wear, they found that the fabric was heavily stained, as a result of which the jacket and sneakers were ruined. You can't wear jeans like that. We contacted the store, and the staff promised to call us back with a solution, but there was no response. After 2 weeks, we received it again, and they informed us that they were "waiting for a response from the manufacturer." At the same time, the store could not provide any documents confirming the authenticity of the product or the status of an official representative of the brand. It was with great difficulty that I managed to leave a written statement. They promised to give an answer within a week, but silence again. They refuse to make a refund, and they don't compensate for damaged items in any way. The situation looks extremely unprofessional and raises serious doubts that the store sells original Diesel products. Jeans can't be worn, other things are ruined, and the store is completely ignoring the customer. We will have to figure it out further and contact the appropriate authorities.
