We ordered an expedited delivery, the item arrived as a result, we could not get a replacement for a week, there were no places. After we went to another place to change, when replacing it, the problem was not in this detail, but in a completely different one. While we were looking for where to replace the part, we lost time checking the part, as a result, the part was returned, but the seller said that since it took so long to return and check, he returned only half the cost of the order. We arrived at the station again, clarified whether there could be a problem in another, and indicated the alleged problem, looked again and indeed the problem was originally in another. As a result, I lost money, time, nerves, and initially, according to the recommendations, I turned to this particular station, where I was told specialists were working. Run away from this service. The pump started leaking. I arrived, I say the car is like that, the VP30 BOCH pump, I will provide a set of seals, in total, remove the pump for work, replace the seals. I asked when to bring it so that the car wouldn't just stand idle. We agreed on a date, we said two days for work. As a result, we spent THREE weeks "messing around" with breakfast. They gave it away: the generator wire was damaged, the gasket between the pump and the housing (which I bought and brought) was lost, instead they put the old one with a good sealant. the intercooler pipe was not fixed, This is just what I saw on the surface, as I don't even want to think inside.
