A very sad office, they don't pull on the title of a store, they deceived me. I ordered Genelec monitors from their Moscow store to St. Petersburg. Their photos did not show the year of manufacture, but the text in the description of the 2020e was written. I specified which year, they said 2019, took their word for it, based on their reputation and reviews. The 2016 technique has arrived. Therefore, the service life is three years longer, which is important for such expensive equipment. I do not need the 2016 monitors, but they refused to take back and refund the money (and I did not receive an electronic receipt from them). They offered compensation of 3000r (monitors cost 54000r with delivery), then 5000r, provided that I leave 5 stars on Avito. VK reviews were hidden after the incident. I talked to Peter personally, the owner, that is. It says on the parcel – IP Ivan Smekalkin. In general, Ivan and Peter spoiled the impression of the purchase. I do not recommend it.
