On 03/21/25, I contacted Goretsky 2 to print out photos for our child's album. The employee advised that the quality of the photos should be better, they should be preserved for longer, sent to the laboratory for printing, it will take 1-2 days, the cost is the same. The next day, 03/22/2025, I received an SMS to pick up the finished photos. Bottom line, the quality and color of the photos are distorted, photos of terrible colors and faces too, why we were advised the "best" option, it is not clear and it is good that we did not decide to print everything, but only 10 pcs. After showing the photos to relatives at home, the first thing they said was how terrible the print quality was, it was immediately apparent(((When asked at the photo center if I could leave a review in the suggestion book, the employee replied that no, it was all the laboratory and all the questions for them. (although, according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, a book of proposals is provided upon request).
The girl offered to return the money and leave a photo, but I'm sorry, I don't want to leave photos of the child to anyone and where, I really don't want to.

On 12/14/24, we purchased a charging cable at this point. Neither the display case nor the box showed which cable it was (micro or T-C.) the seller did not bother to open the box and at least check the availability of the product. They took the check and left. At home, it turned out that the cable was not the same. They brought it back with a receipt and asked me to exchange it for the right one or refund the money. The saleswoman called the director, took the receipt and the cable for herself and said that the director would come tomorrow and think about what to do with it. I'm shocked! She did not issue any document on the seizure. Are you out of your mind, gentlemen? Who's going to leave something for you and wait for some kind of call??? They took the cable back, wrote a complaint to the housing and communal Services book, and we will appeal to higher authorities. Avoid the dishonest seller!

I still can't understand why you protect your "employee", and even get out by replacing solely concern for the cleanliness of storefronts with security. After all, it would be easier to write: "Sorry, they were incorrect. Come at any time, point your fingers at the purchased product, leave stains, we will wipe everything, just buy" (or something like that).
