A pleasant guesthouse - several rooms for travelers facing the courtyard. There is a shared kitchen where you can make tea and run the laundry. Each room has its own bathroom and a balcony. Always hot water, good pressure. A very nice, hospitable hostess, Lusine, greeted us with tea, jam and homemade gata. And in the morning I made a delicious breakfast. It was cold in the evening, and Lusine gave us a heater. I recommend it!
