Sincere thanks for the excellent organization of our trip on the Hungary-Eger-Warsaw route on January 3-7, 2025. Everything was perfect: from the choice of the carrier to Olga's positive and professional group leader.

I would like to express my gratitude to Natalia's manager for the selected tour and assistance in opening a visa, she described everything in detail, explained and advised. I met them at the embassy and escorted everyone to submit their documents. I kept in touch with the tour all the time . This is not the first time I have applied to Dili and I am very pleased with the attitude and approach to each client. I am very satisfied and recommend it)
I want to share another trip from Stagecoaches on the Dresden-Quedliburg-Brussels-Bruges-Luxembourg-Keukenhof Park-Amsterdam-Wernigerode tour - it was a very well-chosen tour, I was delighted with everything, the tour is thought out to the smallest detail: from departure to arrival, you really go and enjoy. A tour without overnight trips.
I was very lucky to have Lyudmila Merkusheva accompanying me, she is a professional in her field and very patient, escorting almost 60 people and many tourists from the second and third time do not hear what they are being explained and prompted, Lyudmila just bows low, and how she talks all the way about the history and way of life of all the countries we visited, just a song)
We were lucky with the drivers, they were cultured and polite, they often joked, and that's good) The bus was comfortable, and I was personally satisfied.
The hotels were all great too, even better than expected, and not 3 stars but higher, maybe I'm so lucky) The breakfasts in the hotels were great, as if they were being "slaughtered". The only drawback is that our tourists themselves, like savages, ran 5 times with plates to serve at breakfast - it's tin, as if they were eating for the last time. even in hotels, they were reprimanded.
