A wonderful hotel with the highest level of service and responsive staff. The hotel is located near the center, all the main attractions are within transport accessibility, in the evening you can always have a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant, very attentive waiters!

A gorgeous hotel. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The beautiful territory of the hotel . Delicious breakfasts . Friendly staff, always ready to help. Very attentive . A compliment from the hotel was the free shuttle service to the train station. It was very pleasant. They treated us to tea and strudels , although we had already been checked out of the hotel. The atmosphere at the hotel is very friendly. I recommend. If we go to Samarkand, we will stay again at this hospitable hotel.

We were in the department quite recently. Honestly, we absolutely did not regret the choice. The hotel surprised with its design, insanely beautiful and clean. Special love and gratitude to the staff, everything is just at the highest level. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They respond quickly to any request. The prices are very pleasant, the rooms are of the highest class, everything is clean and brand new. This is a great hotel.
I took a single standard.
A large bed. The room was clean. The bathroom is spacious with a bidet.
If you are hungry, there is a Sophia restaurant downstairs. Everything was very tasty salads and soups and main courses.
The room price is 600,000 soums for Uzbek citizens.
I didn't know about the location because we just stopped by to spend the night.
The breakfast is also great. Everything was very tasty.

I don't know why a 4-star hotel has a picture painted on the entrance. You need to rest in a hotel, for example, to sleep. How can you sleep if everything that happens in the next room can be heard, as if people live with you. Someone's phone rang, it's ringing in your room like an alarm clock, people came into the next room, you can hear every word!!! It's very strange, when I was evicted, I asked to print out my registration (it was written in the tourist's memo to take it with me), the reception was surprised, they didn't have any data on us, I wonder how they managed to check us in?

The hotel is generally good, we booked a room at the end of May, a premium suite, a large, clean room, new. The quality of service of the staff wants the best, of course! I was disappointed with the last day of my stay at the hotel. The departure was at night, the day before they came to the reception desk and ordered a taxi in the early morning, woke us up and had an early breakfast, which they had to collect. No one woke us up, we went downstairs and found that the receptionist was asleep, the second colleague barely woke him up, the taxi was not ordered, there was no breakfast. It seemed very strange to us, although the hotel positions itself as a luxury. We called a taxi for ourselves and left for the airport without waiting for breakfast.

The hotel is decent! This is probably an old renovated building, judging by the ceiling height of 4 meters. Sound insulation is at the highest level - nothing can be heard. There is a background from the street, but it does not bother. The rooms have underfloor heating in the hallway and in the bathroom. Of the 3 hotels where we stayed during the trip, this is the only one with this option. Believe me, it's important. By the way, the water in the shower is hot - the other two hotels are warm. If you are frozen, we arrived on March 13, when it got colder, and on March 14 there was a snowfall - it is very cold in hotels with warm water in the shower, without underfloor heating.
There is a swimming pool, not a sports one, but a large one. But it is outdoor and without heating, so it is closed until May. The breakfasts are full, there is cottage cheese, yogurt, porridges, pastries and pancakes, cheese, cold cuts, fruits and vegetables. There is no fish - lightly salted salmon, or oily, or tuna was not served for breakfast in any 4* hotel in Uzbekistan. You can order a hot fried egg or an omelette. A very cozy breakfast restaurant.
The staff is friendly and ready to help on the first request. Food was brought from the restaurant to the room in 20 minutes - we were tired and cold, we wanted to eat quickly.

I have stayed at this hotel twice already and when choosing where to stay again, I did not think for a second!!! The Hotel is very Cool!!! I liked everything! Cleanliness, Staff, restaurant with insanely delicious European food! The chef is a great fellow!!!
I especially wanted to mention the hotel manager, Svetlana!!! She has put together a wonderful team and supports them, the overall very Good atmosphere in the hotel! Great fellows!!!! Keep it up !!!

Advantages:
Location
New enough
Good rooms
Clean bed linen and towels
Very nice pool 5🌟
The staff is trying in principle (the service in the restaurant left only positive emotions)
Minuses:
Terrible breakfast (it was the most meager breakfast of all 4 hotels per trip) just 1 point!
A small bathtub
Ants were hiding in the room (unpleasant "guests" in large numbers, given the fact that we stayed for 2 nights in total)
In general, I recommend the hotel. Of the hotels with a pool in Samarkand, this is the best option!

I liked the hotel very much, we were put in a more spacious room than we had booked, the staff helped with everything, they allowed us to stay a little longer, as we had a late check-out. We also want to mention the restaurant in the hotel, it was the last day of our stay in Uzbekistan, it was the best hotel and the best restaurant.

A good hotel by local standards. It's a long way from the center, 15-20 minutes on foot along the broken sidewalks. The staff is helpful and attentive. The amenities are quite consistent with the declared stardom. Breakfast in the off-season, however, let me down.

Excellent hotel near the center 7-10 min. by taxi. Excellent polite staff, there is always someone at the reception, even at night. The rooms are very spacious, everything is clean, replenished and a very diverse minibar. Very pleasant breakfasts. The garden and pool in general, the feature of this hotel is to swim in the afternoon, and in the evening it is wonderful to have dinner and listen to live music. In the rooms with windows overlooking the garden, you can hear music, but all decency is observed at 22:30 it is already quiet. In general, an excellent hotel with a very good level of service and room quality. You can safely recommend it!

Excellent hotel almost in the city center (10 min) . Check-in at the hotel was at 14.00, but we arrived at 7 a.m. and were completely free of charge checked into the room of the level that we ordered. The room is clean, spacious, with a balcony and access to the terrace. The hotel has a restaurant with a very tasty and varied menu, including European cuisine. The only thing I didn't like was the cleaners, who start cleaning very early and shout at each other very loudly, or talk on the radio.

The hotel deserves 5+. A comfortable stay began with check-in. At the reception, the manager Firdaus (I apologize if I made a mistake in the name) helped with the check-in and all our questions. He has earned the title of the best manager of 2022. And in 2023, he and Azim are also considered nominees. The room was delighted, the breakfast was admired. We helped with the luggage storage.
