I really liked the hotel, good service, helpful staff, delicious varied breakfasts, very pleased with the mattress, comfortable. There are also cool rocking chairs in the room) We were with a child in early May, the pool was already working, we walked in the city in the morning and evening, and spent time by the pool in the afternoon, had a great rest, my daughter was delighted. The pool is clean, not heavily chlorinated.

A gorgeous hotel. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The beautiful territory of the hotel . Delicious breakfasts . Friendly staff, always ready to help. Very attentive . A compliment from the hotel was the free shuttle service to the train station. It was very pleasant. They treated us to tea and strudels , although we had already been checked out of the hotel. The atmosphere at the hotel is very friendly. I recommend. If we go to Samarkand, we will stay again at this hospitable hotel.

I really liked the hotel. It was difficult to choose a hotel, and I read mostly reviews, relying on them for my choice. Therefore, I will write a detailed review, perhaps it will help other tourists. The hotel is very decent, new, well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful, caring, polite, friendly and HELPFUL. The hotel is available via email and whatsapp, they answer all your questions. They met us at the train station and sent us a comfortable minivan for free. We helped with the suitcases, placed them in cool rooms according to the reservation, and even made a free upgrade to the best room. Our suite had a gorgeous panoramic view of the city and a large Jacuzzi, coffee machine, tea, wine glasses and even a corkscrew🙌 The pool is clean and spacious, soft sun beds, fluffy towels, umbrellas.There is a full-fledged outdoor playground. There is a sauna and a hammam for a moderate price. For an additional fee. The gym is already included in the room rate. There is a great terrace next to the pool, the menu is national and European, there is a hookah. The breakfasts are varied and hearty, everything is fresh and delicious. In general, we are delighted. There were five of us, three adults and two children aged 15 and 8. Payment is accepted in any currency, which is very convenient. We fully felt the hospitality of Uzbekistan. The room was clean, the beds were made with clean linen without holes, there were no holes on the curtains either))). I read it in some reviews, so I'm clarifying! We ran into the pool for an hour, there is an outdoor pool with cold water, there is an indoor pool with warm water, like a hot tub))). Breakfasts: a huge dining room, a lot of tables, not very clean napkins on the tables, yes, but there is enough food, everything is delicious and varied. We were settled on the 7th floor, the view is gorgeous! We checked in for 1 night, we were completely satisfied with the hotel! The horror stories in other reviews were not justified

How can you sleep if everything that happens in the next room can be heard, as if people live with you. This is a great hotel. I took a single standard. A large bed. The room was clean. The bathroom is spacious with a bidet. If you are hungry, there is a Sophia restaurant downstairs. Everything was very tasty salads and soups and main courses. The room price is 600,000 soums for Uzbek citizens. I didn't know about the location because we just stopped by to spend the night. The hotel is generally good, we booked a room at the end of May, a premium suite, a large, clean room, new. The quality of service of the staff wants the best, of course! I was disappointed with the last day of my stay at the hotel. The departure was at night, the day before they came to the reception desk and ordered a taxi in the early morning, woke us up and had an early breakfast, which they had to collect. No one woke us up, we went downstairs and found that the receptionist was asleep, the second colleague barely woke him up, the taxi was not ordered, there was no breakfast. It seemed very strange to us, although the hotel positions itself as a luxury. We called a taxi for ourselves and left for the airport without waiting for breakfast.

The hotel is decent! This is probably an old renovated building, judging by the ceiling height of 4 meters. Sound insulation is at the highest level - nothing can be heard. There is a background from the street, but it does not bother. The rooms have underfloor heating in the hallway and in the bathroom. Of the 3 hotels where we stayed during the trip, this is the only one with this option. Believe me, it's important. By the way, the water in the shower is hot - the other two hotels are warm. If you are frozen, we arrived on March 13, when it got colder, and on March 14 there was a snowfall - it is very cold in hotels with warm water in the shower, without underfloor heating. There is a swimming pool, not a sports one, but a large one. But it is outdoor and without heating, so it is closed until May. The breakfasts are full, there is cottage cheese, yogurt, porridges, pastries and pancakes, cheese, cold cuts, fruits and vegetables. There is no fish - lightly salted salmon, or oily, or tuna was not served for breakfast in any 4* hotel in Uzbekistan. You can order a hot fried egg or an omelette. A very cozy breakfast restaurant. The staff is friendly and ready to help on the first request. Food was brought from the restaurant to the room in 20 minutes - we were tired and cold, we wanted to eat quickly.

Excellent hotel near the center 7-10 min. by taxi. Excellent polite staff, there is always someone at the reception, even at night. The rooms are very spacious, everything is clean, replenished and a very diverse minibar. Very pleasant breakfasts. The garden and pool in general, the feature of this hotel is to swim in the afternoon, and in the evening it is wonderful to have dinner and listen to live music.
