A stunning hotel in the very center, next to Gur Emir and a 10-minute walk along the short road to Registan. It's nice that we checked in early without any problems and even offered breakfast, although check-in starts at 2 p.m. Room cleaning every day. It's all clear. The room was warm. I was there for the New Year holidays. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

We visited in January of the 25th year. Excellent location, in the center. It is designed in a local style, with a patio and a tree inside. The hostess is friendly, always on the spot. The breakfasts are hearty.

Very convenient location. The rooms are small but comfortable: water, kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator, TV. The beds are quite hard. You can leave your belongings at the check-out and pick them up later. Breakfast was served on the veranda of the third floor, overlooking Gur Emir.

I must say right away that we did not stay at this hotel. We wandered into it when we were walking along the streets of Samarkand. We really liked its decoration and the attitude of the staff. A very atmospheric courtyard. The hotel staff showed us everything and told us. We rested and drank coffee.

If you want an authentic-style hotel, go here. And the rooms, and the courtyard, and the view from the balcony to the Mausoleum, is very beautiful, mind you, the view. But the plumbing is old, the beds are tired too, but the overall living is not bad.

Very convenient location, a minute from the GUR EMIR landmark. The staff is very responsive, they work according to the motto RELAX - WE WILL DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU.We stayed for 2 nights. We cleaned and changed towels by default. (In other hotels I had to ask. ) The breakfast is modest , delicious homemade food and a variety of meat products in the assortment. The atmosphere is very good. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Great hotel! The location is just perfect, 100 meters to Gur Emir. Near Universitetskiy Boulevard (Abramovsky). Registan is a 15-minute walk away. Friendly hosts. Clean, cozy. Delicious breakfasts, delicious coffee (paid- at a cost lower than in urban cafes). I definitely recommend it.

Lovely hotel. And polite and helpful staff, and hearty breakfast (buffet) for every taste.
The room is very cozy, everything is clean and fresh, the bed is warm, The top of the mausoleum of Ami Timur is visible from the window.
The courtyard of the hotel is decorated like a mini museum in the national style. It's nice to sit outside in the warm evening or for breakfast on a cot covered with cute suzans.
All the most important attractions are within walking distance, so you can walk around the beautiful city.
I recommend the hotel. You won't regret it.

Very convenient location! Almost in the center of the city! Registan Square is within walking distance of the pearl of Samarkand, next to the exit of the hotel is the tomb of Amir Tamerlane! The owners of the guest house are very kind (Russian speakers), everyone can choose what they need for a buffet breakfast! Take into account that guests can be vegan! The rooms are clean!

We stayed at this hotel from March 10th to 11th. Everything is fine. The hostess immediately offered two 2-bed rooms instead of a 4-bed room (booked), because our children are already big. Without any additional charges. The rooms aren't big, but they're nice. Everything is clean and tidy. A very good breakfast. Sliced meat, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes. Baking for tea. Oranges, apples and sweet melon (in March!!!). The train was in the evening, and the check-out was at lunch. The owners offered to leave their belongings at the hotel in order to walk around the city on a light bike. In short, maximum attention to the guests. I definitely recommend it.

Hello everyone, we rested here on November 4, 2023, we had a few days. A wonderful family-type hotel. We checked in late in the evening, as the hotel that was booked earlier did not accept us, simply did not answer the bell and the doors were not opened. Here we were welcomed and found a free room. The room has everything you need, everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are checked and fresh. We really liked the local breakfast. The hotel itself is located in the city center, a 1-minute walk from one of the main attractions. We really liked the hostess of the hotel, a sweet, hospitable, welcoming woman. We will definitely stop by again.

A very interesting hotel by the location of the rooms. A very beautiful courtyard, with a spiral staircase to the second floor. The rooms are different in size, we had two, one double, very small. And a large triple. The rooms are clean.
It was very interesting to have breakfast with the children on the cot. Everything is beautifully decorated. But the breakfasts themselves let us down, and slightly spoiled the impression of the hotel. Everything is very sparse and instant coffee is offered, but real coffee is for a fee.

I liked the hotel very much, firstly the location, the tomb of Amir Temur is two steps away. Excellent hotel, family guest house. Cozy rooms, warmth everywhere (underfloor heating), we were in January and it was relevant. Towels were changed every day.
The price included a buffet breakfast, well, not a table, but rather a table, but everything is very nice, delicious, fresh products, quite diverse.
The hotel is located in the old center. All attractions are within walking distance.
The exterior of the hotel is sooo cute! Cozy!

Breakfast in the courtyard on tapchans is also very unusual. Persimmons and grapes grow in the yard.

The location is just great, the view of the Gur Emir mausoleum from the terrace, the staff is just great: they bought us tickets to Bukhara, which almost ran out (thanks Shavkan!)).
