She repeated it so often that I began to feel guilty for the inconvenience he had caused. As a result, I had to search for a former doctor all over the city on my own to complete the work I had started. Gynecologist-endocrinologist Soldatenko deserves special mention. I found her behavior unethical and unprofessional. Instead of qualified help, I faced intimidation and the imposition of personal opinion. Her competence as an endocrinologist is questionable, as she was unable to interpret the results of the thyroid ultrasound. In general, my experience of visiting this medical center turned out to be extremely unsuccessful. Instead of a comprehensive solution to my health problems, I received only disappointment and the need to independently seek specialists to complete the treatment I had started. I do not recommend this center to those who are looking for high-quality and professional medical care.

Even if the administrator responds to patients on social media, first of all you need to serve the person who is standing in front of you and waiting. After going to the X-ray room, the radiologist "met" him. I kept asking myself where to go and put my things. I also asked MYSELF how to wear a protective apron. Even in an ordinary state polyclinic, they will always help you put it on and take it off! Since it's hard to take it off with Velcro on the back of your head. After the procedure, I waited until they gave me information (whether I needed to pick up something in the office), but in the end I asked everything myself, the radiologist silently did her business. I went to wait in the hallway. As a result, the woman didn't even call me by my first and last name (as they do in other medical centers), but came out and silently poked a flash drive in my face! The emotions after visiting this medical center are disgusting! A private medical center is primarily about comfort and service! There is no service here! And please note that the service in this center cost almost twice as much as in others!

The day before, I clarified the full cost of the photo, transcript and consultation. They said that the picture with the decryption is 41 rubles. And consultation 12. They only asked if I was planning treatment, to which I replied that there was only a consultation on that day. The lab technician didn't come and they didn't take a picture for me. They offered to come back later - well, never mind, anything happens. They took the money just for the consultation. But not the promised 12 rubles, but 15)) without explaining, of course, what the surcharge is for. A few hours later, I came for a picture, there was a very strong smell of alcohol from the medical worker, just like in the X-ray room. As a result, they tell me at the checkout that I have to pay another 86 rubles)) to my question, where do these numbers come from - it turns out that another flash drive and snapshot recording costs 45. You need to be warned about such things in advance!!! Especially if you are asked about additional payments in your correspondence before that. And when asked if there will be treatment, I say that it is only a consultation. There are no complaints about the dentist. Alexandra Sergeevna Bogach is a wonderful and understanding doctor. There are no more advantages to this. I recommend her as a specialist. Her , but not the medical center. I will not recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. The prices are too high and unjustified. If you set the price higher than in similar clinics , then you need to justify this money so that people understand what they are overpaying for)
