Unfortunately, the visit to this clinic left a negative impression.
There was an appointment for 9:30.
I arrived at 9.
The day before, I clarified the full cost of the photo, transcript and consultation. They said that the picture with the decryption is 41 rubles.
And consultation 12.
I asked if there would be any additional payments , so that there would be no surprises. They said no. They only asked if I was planning treatment, to which I replied that there was only a consultation on that day.
The lab technician didn't come and they didn't take a picture for me. They offered to come back later - well, never mind, anything happens. They took the money just for the consultation. But not the promised 12 rubles, but 15)) without explaining, of course, what the surcharge is for.
A few hours later, I came for a picture, there was a very strong smell of alcohol from the medical worker, just like in the X-ray room.
As a result, they tell me at the checkout that I have to pay another 86 rubles)) to my question, where do these numbers come from - it turns out that another flash drive and snapshot recording costs 45.
You need to be warned about such things in advance!!! Especially if you are asked about additional payments in your correspondence before that. And when asked if there will be treatment, I say that it is only a consultation.
There are no complaints about the dentist. Alexandra Sergeevna Bogach is a wonderful and understanding doctor.
There are no more advantages to this. I recommend her as a specialist.

I will not recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.
The prices are too high and unjustified. If you set the price higher than in similar clinics , then you need to justify this money so that people understand what they are overpaying for)

But at first, the administrators could not name the exact price on the phone, they talked about one or the other. And the first and last name were written down incorrectly, but if you didn't hear it, you can always ask again, clarify it already at registration (especially if you ask for a passport), otherwise a completely different person is called to the office. In general, the appointment was made quickly, on the same day. The impressions were not bad.

I would like to be covered with a slightly larger disposable napkin during treatment, because the water flies in different directions and once there were white patches all over the T-shirt. It's easy to wash off, but it's not very pleasant when you have to go on business later.

I applied to this center for professional oral hygiene services.
Firstly, during the call, the administrator did not consult on prices, referring to the fact that they have not yet been formed.
Given the tight schedule at the other clinics, I decided to take a chance.
The procedure itself went well, the doctor was careful. As a result, I paid above the market.
After a couple of days, I discovered that there was plaque on some of the teeth. I called and made an appointment to have it redone.
The doctor was different, but also as polite and pleasant as possible.
The most interesting thing next: after everything was fixed, the administrator billed me FOR FIXING THEIR OWN WORK. The argument IS "WELL, YOU SAT IN THE CHAIR - YOU PAY." The amount is small, but the sediment remained unpleasant. I won't go any more and I don't recommend it to others.

They are the only ones who agreed to receive me without an appointment on Sunday 03.12.2023. On the eve, my tooth split, and the tip of the remaining tooth scratched my tongue very much. I called about seven dentists who worked on Sunday, asking them to just grind off the sharp edge of the tooth. I was refused everywhere except for them. Upon arrival, they got a medical record, the doctor took me in quickly. I spent no more than 10 minutes in the dentist's chair, during which time a tooth fragment was worn off, a temporary seal was placed and wounds on the tongue were treated. And I paid less than 20 rubles for all this. I highly recommend this medical center.
