After visiting the store, I decided to order the product on the website. But even there I faced a lot of problems: the site constantly made mistakes, especially when choosing and paying for goods. I wanted to pay in cash, but the system persistently offered payment on the site, which, in turn, did not work due to an error in the bitrix form.
Finally, when I managed to place an order, it turned out that the product listed on the site as “in stock" was actually missing. The manager who called me could not explain why the information on the site was not true.
As a result, my customer experience was completely ruined. I don't understand why you should continue to work with an approach that only disappoints customers. I don't know what to put stars for either
