But when the "tram" exit was closed, and you are walking on crutches around the previously unplanned 3 quarters of the stadium, up a long staircase equipped with neither a ramp nor an elevator for the disabled - this is an anachronism, not the 21st century. And the army of volunteers, led by their boss, holding a walkie-talkie in his hands, will not only help in any way, but will not even offer.
