Today was a New Year's Eve corporate party. A one-stop shop. I put the ball higher just for the sake of the waiters. The cuisine was disgusting: there were no other ingredients in the salads except greens (they created the volume and weight), the shish kebab was very dry and hard, the sauce in the caesar was solid mayonnaise, the nuts in the cheese plate were old, the red caviar in the pancakes also left much to be desired - dry and very small. There were not enough hangers for outerwear in the wardrobe. And that was just the beginning. In general, if you want to have a delicious meal, then it's not in this institution.

It's a disgusting place! We start with the fact that all the meat that was served was raw! The prices for these portions are clearly too high! The cheese plate looked like someone had eaten it before us! Salmon carpaccio... dear, the plate was translucent! I understand that this dish involves thinly sliced pieces, but not so that it shines through! Sausage slicing also deserves special attention, 5-7 pieces of sausage and then there were three types, there is far from price / quality! And as a result, no one took out one of the ordered dishes at the banquet, but they wrote it down in the receipt. Smoothly from the disgusting kitchen, I will move on to the fact that alcohol was lost at the event at the end of the evening, sorry, but this is too much! At least the administrator had the conscience to return it! I will never return to this institution again! It's not that you put one star, but minus 5!!! This institution would not have to reconsider its policy, because the waiters filled glasses every second, but they did not consider it necessary to replace plates or take napkins.
