Low level of service during the first hours of operation, why set up self-service cash desks if there is no one to help the customer??? Employees defiantly walk around, prices don't help.. the most expensive of all grocery stores in the two cities..

I like this store for its convenient location and a large number of promotions. The staff is not Russian, but this is compensated by the efficiency, politeness and cleanliness in the departments.

It's a terrible store. I am a guest in your city! It feels like the end of the world . There 's not much choice .What is needed is an excess (! Self-service cash registers are frozen , it is not possible to call an employee . the guard is not educated .He 's talking some kind of nonsense .I explain one thing to him, he explains another to me!(( Why is he there at all ?
