The equipment is of the highest level, the doctors are PROFESSIONALS in their field. I was both at the ultrasound and at the consultation. Ethically, correctly, grammatically, they explained all my problems to me, not that in my clinic I received a boorish ultrasound analysis of my condition so that I cried the evening away. Due to the inattention or illiteracy of the gynecologist Eliseenko, I have oncology in an advanced stage. I did ultrasound 3 times, followed unnecessary follow-up recommendations for 4 months. It would be better to advise where to turn next. As a result, see above. If I am alive, after treatment with oncologists, I will go to court. Such doctors should be responsible for their actions

I really liked this center until they made it clear to me that they didn't need me as a patient. I applied to this clinic on the recommendation. I planned to put braces on, and also considered the option of putting veneers on. She was observed by orthodontist Bogdanova Xenia. Everything was going well, I trusted this doctor and planned to follow the path of treatment only with her. And so, after another consultation, I needed time to think, and I did not visit the center for 3 months. Today I was at the consultation again, and when I went to the administrator to pay for the appointment, I heard that I had to pay for this consultation as an initial appointment. By the way, the primary loan costs 40 rubles, and all the others seem to be 12. I was surprised, because I came to my doctor, whom I see not for the first time. The receptionist invited Ksenia Bogdanova to the reception so that she explained to me that I really had to pay for this reception, as for the first one. And so the doctor I was seeing says that I haven't been for a long time (3 months), which means I have to pay for the first time. And anyway, she's going to open the magazine now and check when I was last actually there (she doesn't seem to believe it's only been 3 months), and if I don't like something, I can discuss it with their director. Perhaps it was worth talking to the director. Not for the sake of money, but just to defend your case. But out of resentment that the doctor I was planning to move on with was saying such things, I just wanted to leave this place faster. The moral is that the staff of this center are absolutely not client-oriented and, in general, they don't care about their patients. It's just not entirely clear why 40 rubles is worth a client who would still continue to be treated by them 🤔 I'm only sorry for the time spent on this center and I'm sorry for the time that I still have to spend looking for a new clinic and orthodontist.

Not to mention that the prices are slightly higher than the prices of other clinics, the service leaves much to be desired.I signed up only because I could only do an ultrasound on that day. The ultrasound was done in 1 minute, when in other clinics the doctor explains everything in detail and tells what takes longer, not to mention that when the doctor came to the appointment, she did not ask what the complaints were about. After the ultrasound, without even explaining its result, the doctor began to run away, although I expected that at least half a minute would be given to me to clarify the diagnosis and my further actions. In general, in a paid clinic, I expected a different attitude.

In general, everything is good in terms of staff, service and attitude in general, but it is worth refining the attitude in surveys like ultrasound and others. Because of this defect, I did not immediately find a second tumor, which is larger than the first and causes more pain than the first. And hormonal drugs were prescribed for them, although it is not recommended in connection with the above, which made it worse. Now I am being examined at my clinic and I do not plan to return there yet.

What didn't you like The doctor gives the Patient a disposable sheet on the couch, with the words.. lay it yourself... you know It is very unpleasant to hear this in a paid medical center...where everything should already be ready to receive the patient, and not the patient, prepares a place for himself to lie down. And secondly, maybe the specialists are good at the center, but the abdominal ultrasound procedure in 5 minutes, somehow very fast in time, don't you think, Dear doctors of the center??? Was in other centers earlier,there were other ultrasound results, it can be seen that everything quickly returned to normal according to this ultrasound result in your in the center, there are doubts now, the inspection took place much more carefully, well, definitely not in 5 minutes, It seems that we are served at the same level, whether in a paid center or a free one, the only difference is that we pay money to a paid center!
