It's a beautiful hotel. The atmosphere is warm, the interior is royal, the staff is friendly and helpful. The territory is beautiful. The location of the hotel is very convenient.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of breakfasts, the audibility of events that take place downstairs. We were lucky, there was one event where classical music was played, which added to the mood))

For those who value rest, in its purest form and meaning. quiet, calm, cozy. The whole building consists of four rooms, but this is not accurate). I will leave room for other pilgrims to study the rest more carefully here and tell us about it. There is a fenced, well-groomed territory around, a gate with a lock). The room in which we live consists of three rooms of 30 square meters, the first dining room, a hall, a bedroom. By the way, the bathroom is also a room. In the dining room there is a large table, 8 important chairs, a carved sideboard + two sofas. In the hall, there is a large sofa and TV, a wardrobe with five volumes of Russian classics, air conditioning, a double bed and TV in the bedroom, a huge wardrobe and a separate closet with literature on the history and modernity of Belarus.

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Minsk. A five-minute walk from Victory Square. The interior of the room is amazing, very beautiful furniture, a luxurious bed with orthopedic mattress and high-quality linens. The rooms are spacious. The cleanliness is impeccable. The kitchen is shared by two rooms, dishes and all necessary appliances are available. On-site parking. Other buildings are located remotely. Silence. The territory is well maintained, there are many flowers and decorative plantings. The staff is qualified, the service is excellent. All wishes were taken into account when checking in and there were no problems during the entire stay. We left with a great desire to return to this hotel again.

The center of Minsk. Well-maintained beautiful territory. Convenient parking place. Beautiful spacious common hall. (+) The room is large.. But it is not very convenient to have a sleeping place for a third person (we were with a child). In the "dressing room" on a folding leather sofa. You literally have to squeeze through to get into the bedroom.. There are no sockets next to the bed to charge the phone. The shower was faulty. I booked it as an apartment. But there is practically nothing for cooking in the shared kitchen (-). One bucket-sized pot and an old frying pan. ..(After the request, we found a bucket (+). When paying for the room, the manager announced one amount, the amount was debited by about 4 thousand more (-). The manager said that apparently (?) some other tariff worked.. It seemed very strange somehow..

It's a beautiful place! We really liked it. Of course, there are some disadvantages, but there are clearly more advantages.
There is a wish for a capsule coffee machine in the room, or at least just instant coffee. There's a little more toilet paper. And there are very few night sconces in the bedrooms.

This is my favorite hotel in Minsk!
The city center, everything is green, there are no tall buildings, incredible architecture and very hospitable houses!
A chic two-storey cottage with its own Parking, non-expensive actions to save money, the city center, a wonderful massage room, nature with all this! Super!

Until 2014, the personal residence of Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko. Everything is magical, including the territory- a landscaped park with figures of wild animals made of metal. This is almost the very center of the city, to Victory Square and Independence Avenue 5 minutes on foot. There is excellent hunting in Belarus, in the only wild forest belt preserved in Europe. A moose calf was coming out on the highway between Orsha and Vitebsk.

I stayed at house 13 for 5 days, last week, I want to tell you my experience. Anyway, it's not a hotel, but a fairy tale, you feel no less than an ambassador, and the structure of the house is such that you can see that clearly not ordinary peasants lived there)) Fortunately, now there is an opportunity to touch the story, so to speak.
Of the minuses, only one is really crappy WiFi, buy additional normal routers (not for $ 10), because they are just terrible, I had to spend 10 mowers on roaming)))
Otherwise, it was great, starting from check-in - we arrived at night and checked in without any problems (we paid through the terminal with a MIR card), while we were booked in advance just by phone and told to come. Finishing with the house itself, everything is necessary (capsules for the dishwasher were just not found), in general, the repair is a little shabby, but this is a kind of conditionally historical place, if you want an industrial go to the hilton.
And those who lived and write about old furniture - you're just clowns.

The service at this hotel is lame! We paid a very decent amount (the amount was deducted from the card by 6000 more) and did not receive proper service, unfortunately! A very unpleasant situation happened after cleaning the room, and most importantly, that we were made out to be fools (we did not receive an apology, the allegedly chief engineer of the building spoke rudely and arrogantly) and did not provide a complaint book! There is no safe in the room. I am very surprised by this attitude and I encounter it for the first time! One of the advantages is the location and a beautiful well-kept garden, furniture in the room! It was cold in the room and the midges were flying! There was no cleaning until I reached the reception 👎Of the staff, the most pleasant and welcoming guard at the checkpoint!!!

The room was huge, two rooms, a large bathroom with a window. The hotel is the former residence of the president, the interior is almost completely preserved. It seemed like we were staying at a party. By the way, it was very convenient that next to the room there was a small kitchen with household appliances and dishes, it is very convenient.

I really liked it here.The location is excellent, as they wrote in the reviews ... there are no shops in the area, except near the metro and even away from Victory Square. There are practically no cafes in the area, we found a couple of decent ones, but the prices there are more expensive than in Moscow. Pizzeria Zhui pasta in Russian rubles is almost 700 rubles.))) more) ordinary, without frills. One coffee shop and coffee, as if that's all everyone eats.(but that's not all about the hotel :) ) The hotel has friendly girls at the reception, everything was shown at check-in. The room is great, but it was cool (we stayed in February), turning on the air conditioner for heating - all surfaces were covered with dust. I wiped the bedside tables myself... everything else was in the dust. I didn't tell the staff... I think it would be dusty even after cleaning. Somewhere they wrote that there were no hair dryers in the room, we had a suite and it was there, although I brought my own. So I really liked everything. There is no food in the hotel, everything was fine, but pay attention to the cleanliness of the air conditioners …

The establishment is mainly focused on weddings, etc. But when there is nothing, the whole palace is at your disposal. This is indeed a palace, true to the Soviet era. Everything is covered in carpets and gold leaf, but there is no attention to detail: there is no hanger in the room at the entrance, there is a gap under the front door.
