A good coffee shop . Service , kitchen , I put 5 out of 5 . The staff are smiling, friendly young guys and girls. They cook quickly and tasty . There is a cozy atmosphere and a summer garden and it is cool inside. I like it, it's not the first time I've been there.

They allegedly work from 8 a.m. In my understanding, by 8 a.m., a barista should already be at the bar and the coffee machine should be ready for production accordingly. In general, at 8 a.m. all the time, they either don't have a barista in place yet, or the coffee machine is not warmed up. As for the service, this is generally another topic of discussion.

The prices are affordable, but everything is not delicious! I've been there several times, and I won't take anything I've tried again. The shortbread dough for desserts is firm, not crumbly. The salmon salad is beautifully served, but there is no sauce and no overall taste either. All the ingredients are separate . And I couldn't improve it with anything but salt. Tea, like the author's tea, as the waiter called it, looked like hot juice. I took berry tea. It's very, very sweet. There was no taste of berries.
The service, I would call it fraternal. That is, not very courteous, as if it were simple, as if the visitors were friends with the waiters. I heard the waiters talking to other customers. Just like with me, it's unpleasant.
The design is outdated, old for repair. The halls are dark. It would be delicious, I closed my eyes for this moment. After all, a cafe is for the sake of food, not an art museum. So both are missing.
In general, I personally like only coffee here. That's why I'm going to stop by for coffee.
P.s. This is such a picture in Astana. Almaty is much better.

15 minutes waiting for the waiter, an hour waiting for food. Disgusting! It was the first time I met such an attitude... I wanted to put more stars, but the food here is not delicious and the kitchen stinks of fish. There are no napkins, knives were not put in the appliances. A colleague was not brought 1 dish and tea at all.
My day is ruined.
