I chose this service address (Nekrasova 110) because of the convenience of the location and regretted it, a year and a half ago I changed the windshield, the rain sensor on the windshield was glued 5 times due to incorrect operation, okay, God did something with it.a year and a half has passed and half of the windshield has simply peeled off along the perimeter (the frame is whole without traces of rust and defects), which is why water began to flow into the cabin and get on the electrical wiring.When contacting the master about the removal and gluing of glass, a refusal was given.They say the warranty has expired and that's it, pay 100p for the plywood, That is, it turns out they pasted the glass poorly or the materials were bad, and because of this I need to pay again, the policy of introducing the business is aimed at divorcing people to re-apply at the expense of the client, not a cunning way to make money in such a sneaky way. I strongly advise against this service at this address.

Okay, they broke it, the car is not new, the plastic has become brittle, etc. but you could have warned them that fasteners should be replaced here and here... I poured the glass on Nekrasovo 110, it was done quickly, BUT ...
the windshield frame was damaged. When I asked what it was, they refused, it wasn't us, we couldn't and it already happened (photo).
The check was issued only after a request to give a complaint book. Then they became more accommodating and agreed to repair the damage (the result is in the photo).
A couple of days later, I noticed scratches on the bumper and fender in the area where the work was carried out.
I do not recommend this service, the attitude to your work is below zero!

The most disgusting opinion that can be left about this company. We changed the windshield on March 9, everything was done really quickly. On March 25, cracks were noticed on the glass from the driver's side from below, there was no mechanical damage, everything was done clearly according to the instructions, the tape was removed a day after replacement, the car is under supervision, no one beat it or broke the glass, the car was not used often during this period of time. We decided that it didn't matter, we were given a warranty card. We contacted this company again. They refused to fix anything, they said that cracks had started due to the opening of the hood. As I understand it, they have the warranty card in mind so that customers can trust more. As a result, money is wasted. I do not advise contacting this company if you value your time and budget

I changed the rear window (glass + work) in Hyundai solaris in November 2020 in Zhdanovichi, 04/20/2022 the glass came off. I wrote to the dits service support chat, outlined the essence of the problem, and clarified what solutions there might be. The administrator wrote the master's number for communication (i.e., after learning that I had a problem with the work that was done on the service and having my phone number, the master himself could not call back, well, this is just a small touch of customer orientation. I called the master, who as soon as he found out that a year had passed, i.e. the warranty period for the work had expired, immediately announced this, and did not offer any solutions. He said the full cost of the work and so far.....It is obvious to me that a lot of time has passed and, most likely, the warranty for work has already ended, but a campaign that values its reputation could offer some options, but at least a discount on work. PS One of the strings of the rear window heating stopped working within a month after installation, but then decided not to messing with it. In general, I do not advise you to get involved, disgusting work and communication with the client.

They called and ordered the installation of glass. The manager confirmed the presence of the glass, the time and place of installation were agreed upon. At the entrance to the service station, 2 minutes before the appointed time, the manager calls and says that the glass is not available and offers to install a cheap Russian analog. It's just awful! We lost half a day waiting for the installation and in fact there is no result.

Now about the sad thing! Prices bite a bit in terms of installation. One was announced by phone, but in fact the price is completely different and more expensive.

I came for an elastic band, the price changed up and there was no choice of elastic bands, they eventually sold me an elastic band, which is better and did not fit properly to the glass now there is a gap in the windshield, although take and glue the glass with a new elastic band.Although I came with the old one as a sample.
