I recently brought my BMW from the USA and faced a problem - replacing the windshield. Fortunately, I found a dits service where the glass was changed quickly and efficiently.
The replacement process took only a few hours, and the price turned out to be quite reasonable for Minsk. I was pleased that the craftsmen were able to find a suitable glass, given the rarity of the model and the fact that the car was imported from the USA. The attitude towards me was at the highest level, all issues were promptly resolved.

I strongly advise against visiting this place. We agreed to replace the glass for 1160 rubles (after recording, they called back 20 minutes later and said that they had made a little mistake and the glass was already worth 1175 rubles, small), which (allegedly) is in stock. I arrived at the appointed time in the morning, the administrator doesn't understand what's behind the glass at all, when he signed up, he sits and smiles maliciously. Learn how to work if you don't want to lose customers. I changed the same glass for 190p cheaper at the other end of Minsk.

When replacing the glass, fragments were poured into the metal structure of the trunk door. I've been driving with this rattle for 3 months now, I can't get the leftovers. The fragments were not removed from the trunk, only the partition was slightly vacuumed. I had to contact detaling separately so that the trunk could be cleaned with the same vacuum cleaner.
After installation, excess germet was left sticking out.
The glass didn't fall out, and thanks for that.
I don't recommend it.
A year later, I noticed that water was dripping from under the glass at the junction of the sealant after washing

I have not felt such disappointment and misunderstanding for a long time. This company is the only one to whom we left a request on Friday, responded to replace the rear window on Saturday. And our mistake was the desire to quickly replace the glass here. Upon arrival, everyone seemed to be mute, and when they talked, it was with passive aggression. The master said nothing and began to tear the glass apart and throw it into the trash. All the pieces flew into the salon for things, we took them away, and to my question: "can I make something up?" There was no answer. I thought, well, okay, so they'll clean it up, they can't leave it in the glass. Half an hour later, everything was ready and the whole car was covered in glass. Absolutely everywhere. Not only in small crumbs, but also in large parts. The whole cabin, the trunk and the part on the back shelf that you can't climb into and remove it from there in any way when the glass is already installed. To the question, was it really impossible to vacuum, I was so displeased with the answer: "we don't have a vacuum cleaner that will clean it," But DO I HAVE ONE?? I change the windows every day. There was nothing to tear the glass like that then, but to get it out carefully. There was only advice not to throw off pieces of glass from the roof, otherwise I will damage the paintwork. Everything falls off in the wind anyway, well, well. The result: another 40 rubles were paid for a powerful vacuum cleaner and still a small crumb remained somewhere and it is unclear how much will fall out of all the cracks. Now I saw in the advertisement here that dry cleaning of the salon and glass washing are a gift. It's funny! By the way, the glass was dirty both inside and out. Spots appeared on the hull. The glass itself, which, according to 350 rubles, costs: low-quality, refracts the image. I will not advise you to anyone and I do not understand how you can work like this. After all, this is glass, not sand.

Upon arrival, they came up to the car and said, we won't do it, it's the end of the working day. When I tried to insist on providing a service, they gave up on me and said that it would cost 100 rubles. I lost time, I did it in another company for 30 without question. I do not recommend it.

Good day of the day. The most DISGUSTING opinion that could have been left about this company.We changed the windshield on March 9 to a Honda Fit. On March 25, cracks were noticed on the driver's side from below, there was no mechanical damage, the car was under supervision, everything was done clearly according to the instructions. We decided that it didn't matter, we were given a warranty card. We contacted this company again. They refused to fix anything, as a result it was revealed that the hood does not open, the glass breaks even more. As I understand it, they issue a warranty card for the sake of appearance, just so that customers trust more.Just disgusting company, disgusting attitude. As a result, money is wasted and the windshield is completely ruined.I do not advise contacting this company if you value your nerves and budget.

I arrived at the company at the appointed time, but they did not accept the car for 20 minutes, because the accounting department could not write off something there..when I left the car anyway (because I was in a hurry) an accountant called me and told me how I had not coordinated my arrival with the accounting department..but this is all nonsense, the most fun thing is that the car was fitted with an ordinary Chinese glass Hook, instead of the glass that was promised and so praised..to the question how so??? the answer was received, but we didn't have that glass. The master is polite, adequate, but presumably the head, to put it mildly, is not very polite.
Two months ago, the painters brought my car to them to cut the glass. Today, after a while, they brought it back to the installation (I am the owner, I was also present). Before installation, the master drew attention to the damage to the heater thread connector. When asked to repair the damage, the head began to be rude and refuse, saying they had nothing to do with it. Although before contacting this company for dismantling, the heater was working properly. Then, after the discussion, they left the car unattended for an hour and a half (they walked around the yard, imitating important conversations on the phone and with neighbors), - after waiting a while, they returned and somehow finished their work, and the connectors of the glass heater were not fully connected.
As a result, they asked for an amount of 40p for the work, given that the dismantling cost 35p already.
