It's a very nice hotel. Located in the city center. Small and neat. Breakfast in the morning is very useful and delicious. Coffee in the morning at the vending machine. We got to the hotel after the replacement (the owner in another hotel is inadequate). Many THANKS to the administrator Sofia. I wish there were more people like that, especially abroad. He knows Russian perfectly well, and his attitude towards tourists is also excellent. I helped with the check-in. Well done! She suggested where and when it is better to see the sights in the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied.

Pros: it is located in the very center, so it is easy to walk to the sights, friendly staff, the food for breakfast is normal, they will help with the route / water, there is an exit to the roof with a beautiful view Cons: there is no elevator, there is no person who can help carry a huge heavy suitcase all the way to the top, it is impossible to go up and down on the 3rd floor at night, the lights do not turn on immediately, the rooms are very cramped, and most importantly — mold in the rooms!Because of which they got sick, and I haven't been able to recover for 2 weeks after the trip.

One of the advantages: friendly staff. And the location is good. Clean rooms upon check-in. On the downside: we took a family standard room. They gave me a room on the ground floor. Karaoke music screams at night. The windows can't be opened, it's stuffy. Moreover, the windows overlook the common breakfast room, which also has a smoking area. By the way, the breakfasts are terrible. They're just awful. Sour milk, liver sausage, buckwheat patties, cold sausages. We asked for a replacement number, but they wouldn't let us meet. If they had given me a different number, maybe the experience would have been better.
