LCD Diva is a comfort + class house. There is a Parking lot, commercial premises on the ground floor: shop, dentistry, office, tandoor, travel agency, Olympus medical center. The courtyard on the second floor has a ramp. The playground is very safe - you can let the child go into the yard and not worry (strangers will not come in). The finishing of the house is made of clinker bricks. The house itself is built with red brick - very warm. The automation of the heating unit adjusts the heating temperature according to the environment. The location is very convenient for cars (there are parking spaces around the house). And also the bus stop is very close. There is a school #79 nearby.
