Not a bad hotel for the price-quality ratio.
We spent an unforgettable New Year's vacation in Istanbul.
The hotel is undoubtedly under tired renovation, but for overnight and breakfast it is quite suitable for unassuming tourists. The staff is trying very hard, for which many thanks to the guys.
Next time, of course, I would choose a hotel on the plane, because in this part the ascents and descents are all uphill. It's fine in January, but in summer I think it will be hard in the heat.

After reading the reviews, I was ready for anything, but it turned out not to be so scary. Yes, it's not five stars, but the price is appropriate!
The hotel is old, they don't invest a lot of money in it, but the location is just super, the staff are great, nothing else is needed, I fell asleep, and went for a walk again;)

A terrible hotel. Everything stinks, the bed is stained. Ruined my vacation. We flew through Amigo tour to Vladikavkaz. This is not an agency, but Sharashkin's office. Upon arrival, we were put in a basement room, which we refused and went to look for a place at night, at least for the night. I had to pay for a new room in another hotel. The photo does not correspond to the reality of this barn!!!

The hotel is on the 3rd floor. You'll be lucky if you get to a good room. I lived in 502, everything was old, but it looked more or less decent. The towels were their own, the bed had not been changed in 6 days. Breakfast is as simple as possible, but you can get enough.

Comrades, never check into this hotel, NEVER! Everything is so beautiful at the booking, the reviews are straight to listen to, the guests are drooling. Reviews of their own, or for the "pie". Dirt is EVERYWHERE, the bed is the same, the furniture in my garage is cleaner and nicer, the bathroom is brrr, well, you understand. Our actions: we put a bag and went to look for another hotel, and immediately got out. This hotel is not even worth 1 star!!!! It's just awful! There is dirt, dust, pastel hair in the room from previous guests!!!It is impossible to enter the shower, because there is mold and hair everywhere!!The mattress is covered in stains that are visible through the gray sheet!!! We got here by accident! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

The beautiful photos were probably uploaded by the owners of the hotel. Maybe 10-15 years ago the hotel looked like this, but now everything is much worse. Dirty rooms, the bed is changed only upon check-in. Stains, holes and dirt on the bed and furniture. The refrigerator and shower did not work. There is not a single hook or shelf in the bathroom. There is simply nowhere to put things. The audibility in the rooms is enormous.

The hotel is comparable only to the old shabby rooms of Soviet times in super economy class! There is no remote control from the TV, towels and soap do not change. Even all the furniture, walls and floor are scuffed and cracked! The wall in the room is also cracked, and there is MOLD in the shower!!! If you decide to come here, then think twice, for this price you can find a much better hotel!

It's dirty, the walls are scratched, holes in the walls from fixing furniture, the furniture is all stained from cigarettes, they probably couldn't get out of the bathtub and just punched the doors, the balconies are dirty and blowing out of the cracks, the bathroom is dirty and everything is rusty.
