Very nice resort to stay. I had a seminar there. We stayed three nights. Room is so wide and everything has what you needed. There is a beautiful pool where you can spend times. Buffet breakfast also superb. Inside restaurant are bit expensive but they serve quality and tasty food. We enjoyed a lot. Hope to stay there again.

The rooms are lovely, and the territory is just super, I did not like that the balcony was not cleaned-with so many pigeons on the territory, everything is covered in droppings and feathers. What's more, the poorly organized breakfast is at 6.00 and the only shuttle to the airport is also at 6.00.Well, are you doing this on purpose? People will spend at least three hours at the check-in, then they will be on the way for at least 10-12 hours on the way to Europe, they paid for the hotel with breakfast, but let them fly hungry!!! The third disadvantage is a very confusing system with a free shuttle-I personally helped Chinese guests at the airport to deal with a stupid organization and still get on this classified shuttle, which needs to be confirmed twice, but it is almost impossible to catch it (namely that you catch it, and not he-you) at such an airport, because He does not have a manager at the meeting point, but he appears once every few hours in a certain place... Well, damn it, cancel it if you are so reluctant to provide a free service!!!!

The hotel is located next to Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Airport. The service itself and the hotel are excellent, we lived a day before departure on 22.12.2024 to 22.12.2024.Polite staff, good restaurant, live music in the evening in the restaurant. It's a good hotel, but the back buildings 16 and 17 are poorly cleaned, and the restaurant is expensive, which is normal for such a place. 7/11 is nearby, so the dinner issue is being resolved. The atmosphere is pleasant, the mattresses in the rooms are very comfortable. Recommend 👍

If you have to leave Bangkok early or vice versa, you arrived late and want to take a break, then this is a great chance to swim in a warm and clean pool with palm trees and a water bar, as well as try well-cooked food in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is far from any other useful locations and there is no currency exchange, but it is always comfortable to sunbathe before departure or begin your adaptation to the hot climate in this hotel. The complex has a spa, with a good massage.

Very far from the airport!!!!! Nasty reception staff are asking for an extra fee for separate beds, although they paid for a room with separate beds! They do not see the paid breakfast, the hotel corresponds to no more than 3 stars!

Just for one night. We looked at the Booking that there are places available, we arrived without booking and settled in. The price differed by 150 baht from the site. The area is very dirty and the rooms are dirty, while the bed and towels are perfectly white. Among the advantages: there is a transfer to Suvarnabhumi airport (you need to make an appointment in advance), breakfasts are more or less normal. At night, the area is beautifully illuminated. If you go to a busy road, turn left - there is a 7eleven supermarket. Walk for 7-10 minutes. You can buy groceries. UnionPay is working (we had a Gazprom card). There is a small restaurant on site. The prices are attached. Everything is VERY acute.

Apparently, this Spa was caught by Covid and they were frozen, traces of restoration and repair are visible. It's dirty in places. Everything is fine in the room except the smell from the bathroom.

Terrible hotel. We have been quarantined here for 2 weeks. The staff understands English very poorly, and the room is not cleaned. Garbage bags are not cleaned, they can stand at the door for several days, which is why ants appear in huge numbers. I have to beg for clean towels. The food is DISGUSTING, we only ordered delivery. Delivery, which, by the way, is unlikely to arrive, because the hotel is too far from the city center and the couriers refused to carry the order. We lived only at McDonald's, whose courier came purely for tips. Wi-Fi is bad. Any request is fulfilled forever. Once they took an insanely painful test for the crown, the first time I meet with such a person :))) For an occasion and for no reason, they call the room by phone: for example, to confirm what you wrote to them in Whatsapp or at 7-8 in the morning, please send your temperature to the nurse in Whatsapp. And why, in principle, do we need a messenger?) We thought, if everything is so bad, we can pay extra for a room with a Jacuzzi and not get so upset, but, unfortunately, the room with a Jacuzzi was available to everyone except us. Russians, apparently, are not particularly liked) One star for the beautiful reception and normal air conditioning.
