We ordered a bed in Divan.by , along with the mattress. It was made pretty quickly, the bed is nice and good, there are no questions. In addition, a lifting mechanism was added to add storage space under the bed, to the cost of the bed of about 200 BEL rubles. As a result, it is a complete disappointment, the design is completely unreliable. On the website, you can see in the product card that the extreme part consists of one solid panel, and the second half consists of two. However, in reality, two panels (which are the basis of storage) consist of two cut parts that are not fixed or held together in any way. At the slightest click, they simply bend inward) We contacted the service department, to which we received an answer that the images in the product card are irrelevant and really began to make a storage place in this way, which of course no one warned in advance🙃 I attach a photo from the site and a freeze frame from the video of a real bed) It may be worth thinking about buying a bed, but I highly recommend not spending extra money on such a dubious storage area) It's definitely not worth your money)

I can't help but share what I think is a realistic review of the purchase and my impressions of the purchase. The product itself is excellent, for a month now, the back and the eye have been just enjoying such a massive, bright-colored, comfortable bed with a mattress. The bed is stable, it is convenient to remove dust from it, I hope that it will last a long time and without breakage. However, I can't help but mention the difficulties I faced when ordering and delivering this bed. Be prepared for the fact that the production of the bed will take about a month, as the production is located somewhere in Russia. And then don't be like me, control the delivery with your MAXIMUM attention. The whole impression of the purchase was ruined by the fact that they brought me the wrong parts. The delivery guys don't know anything. The delivery of new spare parts took more than two weeks, and this was provided that the entire amount for the bed had already been paid to the online store. And then the tedious correspondence in the mail with the quality department. They also couldn't tell me which parts were correct after all, and which were messed up during delivery. What doesn't match the color is immediately visible, and what doesn't match the other parts - the store manager didn't answer me here. But the most unpleasant thing is that the delivery was disrupted twice! As far as I understand, the confusion occurs even at the stage of completing the order in Russia, which is why I had to wait TWO weeks for the delivery of the correct spare parts + another week due to a car breakdown, which I found out about only because I clarified in the mail the day before whether the delivery was valid for tomorrow! No one took the wrong-colored parts, but during assembly I found that two large bolts were missing and, thank God, we twisted them from the wrong parts. In general, the impression is ambiguous: the product itself is good at first glance, but the delivery and the accompanying communication of the store staff spoiled the whole impression of the purchase. If you value not only furniture as such, but also your money, time spent and nerves, then I do not recommend this store. Disappointed

It has been a long time since I had such a good impression of the service. I ordered a sofa online. Then we came to the store to see the fabrics live. They changed their mind about the fabric. Our order was changed immediately. Then I ordered the delivery and shaded it 2 times. There was no negativity on the part of the company, although it was canceled day after day. The staff was treated with warmth and understanding. Manager Elizabeth answered and solved all questions quickly both on the phone and in online chat. The delivery is also great! They warned me what time they would be, called me in 5 minutes, and we had a very pleasant conversation. Now I want to order only here :) Thanks for the cool service) The sofa hasn't been unpacked yet, it's packed securely, I'm looking forward to it)
