We ordered a bed in Divan.by , along with the mattress. It was made pretty quickly, the bed is nice and good, there are no questions. In addition, a lifting mechanism was added to add storage space under the bed, to the cost of the bed of about 200 BEL rubles. As a result, it is a complete disappointment, the design is completely unreliable. On the website, you can see in the product card that the extreme part consists of one solid panel, and the second half consists of two. However, in reality, two panels (which are the basis of storage) consist of two cut parts that are not fixed or held together in any way. At the slightest click, they simply bend inward) We contacted the service department, to which we received an answer that the images in the product card are irrelevant and really began to make a storage place in this way, which of course no one warned in advance🙃 I attach a photo from the site and a freeze frame from the video of a real bed) It may be worth thinking about buying a bed, but I highly recommend not spending extra money on such a dubious storage area) It's definitely not worth your money)

It has been a long time since I had such a good impression of the service. I ordered a sofa online. Then we came to the store to see the fabrics live.
They changed their mind about the fabric. Our order was changed immediately. Then I ordered the delivery and shaded it 2 times. There was no negativity on the part of the company, although it was canceled day after day. The staff was treated with warmth and understanding. Manager Elizabeth answered and solved all questions quickly both on the phone and in online chat. The delivery is also great! They warned me what time they would be, called me in 5 minutes, and we had a very pleasant conversation.
Now I want to order only here :)

They promised a discount, in fact, no discount, no apologies.... As a result, we have been without a chair for two months, without money...We made an advance payment of 100%, it would be better to put it on a bank deposit for 2 months, even if there would be interest on a chocolate bar. I'm from Minsk. When asked if you will take it to the store in Minsk, the answer is a hard no, if you want to take it yourself. OK. I sent a man. It turned out that they would not ship it either. Take it from the second floor of the store as you wish. After my indignation, they said they would disassemble it into a factory kit and pack it. The driver calls and says that he has come to pick up, but he is standing whole, assembled in stretch film and the consultant declares that they do not have movers, here is the sofa, take it. Somehow they loaded it with a guy from a nearby store. Now I will take you to the cottage and ask the neighbors to help me get the "disassembled" sofa again. He probably won't get through the door .... Success in business to you, Divan.by . The last place to order.

Terrible furniture! I ordered a sofa, and when I arrived, it was painful to look at, all the locks are different, the seams do not converge, the back is wobbly, the legs are hanging in the air... I returned the sofa and ordered an armchair. Also, it felt like it was made of plywood, the threads were sticking out, the armrests were different and uneven. A month later, the middle part for sitting collapsed, something inside cracked, although the fattest person in the family is me, 63 kg. To be thrown away.
My opinion, based on experience: furniture made carelessly from cheap, light and unreliable materials! And good reviews here are only for a 10% discount.
