Everything is terrible!
We made one order for a chest of drawers and armchairs in this store, they said one deadline as a result, the chest of drawers was delayed for several weeks.
The newcomer made two deliveries , the chair was brought , but the bolts in the kit did not fit and could not fasten the legs, a week later they solved this issue , then they waited for the chest of drawers , arrived , assembled and it turned out that there were no closers in the kit .
The master who collected it said that he would give everything to the special department , two weeks pass without an answer or greetings , you start calling , explaining the same thing 10 times and no one can answer clearly .
In short , I am not satisfied with the customer orientation of the company as much as possible .

But your factories keep letting you down.
1. There are almost always not enough parts, you have to wait for 2 weeks until they arrive, then you have to go pick them up
2. Unnecessary details are also present for some reason
3. Stickers with the name of the parts are always confused
4. Glue the stickers on the facade, then the glue needs to be removed from the furniture somehow, it is very annoying
It feels like the factory doesn't care at all, but although designers and managers do everything to create a good product
You always expect that there will definitely be no problems with a new purchase, but everything repeats itself. The feelings are funny, something like that 🫤
