The organization is completely non-customer-oriented! We ordered a sofa, paid for the delivery and its collection. The courier did not offer to check the integrity of the package, he immediately began to unpack and assemble everything. After a couple of days, it turned out that part of the frame at the bottom of the sofa was broken (which was impossible to notice immediately, only if you felt with your fingers at the bottom, your hand would not fit there). The manager of the quality department immediately began to openly say that this was a mechanical effect on our part. When asked how it was possible to break out a piece of the lower wooden frame from the solid wood, because the upholstery was completely intact, the answer came: "Easy! After all, we believe the courier that everything was whole." It turns out that we were obliged to photograph the integrity of the packaging from all sides, which no one warned about, and now it's not realistic to prove something. And here's my advice, if you're going to order something from them, take pictures of everything from all sides, or better yet, take a video with the courier and feel EVERY inch of the product, otherwise you won't prove anything.
There is a terrible residue left, you will have to make repairs at your own expense, thanks to them for at least making the frame at their expense. I will never contact this organization again!

Брал диван и кровать. Диван мягкий, спору нет, но через месяц начал скрипеть у подлокотников. Кровать просто кошмар, металлический каркас для матраса никак не крепится, а просто болтается, дак он ещё и ужасно хлипкий. Учитывая цену за все это, просто кошмар. Советую избегать продукцию данного бренда. Цена такому хламу должны быть в разы меньше.

On Thursday, the movers informed me that they could not bring me at the appointed time and offered to postpone it to Friday. I was not contacted in any way either before or after that day to warn that there would be no delivery. On Monday, I contacted the call center on my own, it turned out that they simply forgot to deliver on Friday and the nearest one will be only in 2 days. At the same time, we paid for the delivery. The sofa was brought in a cardboard package, the movers unpacked only the top, left the bottom, while throwing cardboard and film on the floor (to unpack the bottom, you need to lift the sofa, and only girls are in the team). There were some black marks on the armrest and back of the sofa, and the sofa itself was in some kind of dust, the movers said that if it did not wash off, they would replace the sofa. Unpleasant:(
Since only girls work in the office, we asked for help to take the old sofa out into the corridor, which the movers did not agree to, saying they were in a hurry.
