Next, we organized delivery and lifting, a day later everything was in our apartment, several young, neat-looking guys brought a sofa to the apartment, the courier paid us off and explained how best to unpack. By the way, everything was packed according to the factory, which was nice, because everything was new and whole. After ordering, the manager wrote again and asked if everything was fine with us, if everything was okay with the sofa. In mid-July, I ordered a bed and a mattress, I needed it in the second half of September, but I was advised to order two months in advance, since the production time is a month and then it is shipped from the factory once a month. Everything was clarified with the manager,
I only adjusted the color of the upholstery, as I was in doubt, I made an advance payment, the bed was with a lifting mechanism and a niche for linen, the cost, respectively, is also higher than without a mechanism. Next, I contacted the deadline myself and agreed on the delivery date in a few weeks, asked about the assembly, I was told that the assembler could not be contacted, and he would contact me only after delivery. On the day of delivery, I was informed that their car had broken down and the delivery date was postponed for two days, when I asked about the assembly, they assured me that it would keep the same date, but when I started clarifying it the next day, since no one contacted me, they replied, that the assembly will take place only 3 days after the new delivery date. Well, then the most interesting thing is, in the end they delivered me a bed without a mechanism and a niche, when I started calling and writing to the quality department, they said that I would probably have to wait another month or more, unless there was such a bed in the pre-order, then they offered to assemble this one and bring the mechanism, for a second I had At that moment, there was no normal sleeping place, no place where you can fold your laundry. I had to return this bed and the money, I left the mattress and ordered another bed from another place, which was delivered to me promptly in three days and immediately assembled. The conclusion is that the service and the attitude towards the customer are at zero. There is no longer any desire to contact this company, but the whole point is the managers, who for 2 months could not verify the cost and clarify the configuration with me, but I wrote only after making an advance payment, and there was no initiative from the other side in the absence of an additional car, so as not to delay orders.

This year we ordered furniture... management answer that no one contacted your managers and the courier service
On the appointed day, the managers proved that the courier called, as it turned out, to the wrong number.
We promised that the delivery would be carried out on any convenient day for us.
And again, no one contacted, they called themselves, refused on a convenient day for me, because all flights are closed.
Then they agreed to allocate a car for us on a convenient day ... for them, but not for me, the managers did not discuss the date with me, they called a clear number.
Delivery to Vitebsk.
They asked the manager for his full name and where to leave a complaint about their work, but there was no response.
Why is it necessary to achieve everything with a fight?
I don't want to set foot on you anymore, and the management service's attitude towards clients is disgusting.

Minus you were told the delivery time is from 7 to 23.00 and the courier calls at 11 minutes to 11 and says another 40 minutes. Zoya sat there. And at night, evaluating the quality of goods in the dark is such a solution.

The organization is completely non-customer-oriented! We ordered a sofa, paid for the delivery and its collection. The courier did not offer to check the integrity of the package, he immediately began to unpack and assemble everything. After a couple of days, it turned out that part of the frame at the bottom of the sofa was broken (which was impossible to notice immediately, only if you felt with your fingers at the bottom, your hand would not fit there). The manager of the quality department immediately began to openly say that this was a mechanical effect on our part. When asked how it was possible to break out a piece of the lower wooden frame from the solid wood, because the upholstery was completely intact, the answer came: "Easy! After all, we believe the courier that everything was whole." It turns out that we were obliged to photograph the integrity of the packaging from all sides, which no one warned about, and now it's not realistic to prove something. And here's my advice, if you're going to order something from them, take pictures of everything from all sides, or better yet, take a video with the courier and feel EVERY inch of the product, otherwise you won't prove anything.
There is a terrible residue left, you will have to make repairs at your own expense, thanks to them for at least making the frame at their expense. I will never contact this organization again!

And most importantly, they do not offer anything to resolve the conflict situation, just "we apologize, let's choose another day," I wrote a letter of appeal to the management, with a full description of the situation, demanding free assembly, delivery and lifting to the floor. Disgusting service. They messed up with the delivery time, put the wrong bolts, promised to bring them and assemble them the next day-it turns out that their quality department does not work. The head of the assembly refused to contact in person, I had to call the store twice, leave the same request to their quality department, as they ignored the first one for an hour) so I had to deal with the managers, who respond according to the script, as they understand your problems-but they do not solve them in any way. On 12/12/2024, I placed an order on the Divan website.by and made a 30% prepayment. The manager assured that they will try to fulfill the order before the New Year. However, on 01/9/2025 I decided to clarify the status and found out that my order was “missed" and not even sent to production. Now the deadlines have been postponed to the end of January.
This organization of work is disappointing. If I hadn't contacted them myself, the delay probably wouldn't even have been reported.

Брал диван и кровать. Диван мягкий, спору нет, но через месяц начал скрипеть у подлокотников. Кровать просто кошмар, металлический каркас для матраса никак не крепится, а просто болтается, дак он ещё и ужасно хлипкий. Учитывая цену за все это, просто кошмар. Советую избегать продукцию данного бренда. Цена такому хламу должны быть в разы меньше.

I ordered a Bayma Sofa in the living room, an Arklow sofa in the kitchen and a Kimball-4 wardrobe in the hallway, for a period of 15-20 working days, I ordered through the website. I was very worried that there would be no match, well, friendly managers sent me photos of fabric, legs and products in the interior from customers.
Two weeks later, the goods were already with me, delivered and assembled on time ☺️
As a result, all my worries were in vain, the sofas look great in the interior and are of very decent quality. The girls are very customer-oriented managers, they will tell you everything.

We ordered an Erwin-3 sofa for the office. The consultant was polite, told everything in detail, billed quickly, and said about 20 working days on time. Upon arrival of the goods at the warehouse, I was contacted, and the delivery date was set for Thursday. I specified the delivery time from 9-15. On Thursday, the movers informed me that they could not bring me at the appointed time and offered to postpone it to Friday. On Friday, the order was not delivered, while the call center twice called me the wrong number of the loader, and the loader himself did not answer the calls. I was not contacted in any way either before or after that day to warn that there would be no delivery. On Monday, I contacted the call center on my own, it turned out that they simply forgot to deliver on Friday and the nearest one will be only in 2 days. At the same time, we paid for the delivery. The sofa was brought in a cardboard package, the movers unpacked only the top, left the bottom, while throwing cardboard and film on the floor (to unpack the bottom, you need to lift the sofa, and only girls are in the team). There were some black marks on the armrest and back of the sofa, and the sofa itself was in some kind of dust, the movers said that if it did not wash off, they would replace the sofa. Unpleasant:(
Since only girls work in the office, we asked for help to take the old sofa out into the corridor, which the movers did not agree to, saying they were in a hurry.
The sofa itself is not bad, but for this price, smoother edges and seams were expected. It's sad that when you order an expensive sofa and pay for delivery, such a low level of service is provided…
