This is the second time we have addressed such things to the guys. In July 2017, we swam off Racha Yai Island. Instructor Elena immediately told us about everything that will happen throughout our diving trip. She was so good at creating a friendly relationship that we didn't even feel like customers, but old friends. At the very beginning of the journey, Elena offered us to take underwater photos, but we, devastated financially by our vacation in Cambodia, refused... There was no more talk about this service, even for a second. We swam all day and got unforgettable impressions and emotions - thank you for that, Elena! In the evening, at the pier, we even added each other as friends in contact. That was the end of our pleasant journey. We arrived in our native Novosibirsk. After about a couple of weeks, Elena sends us a photo of our dive!!!!!! Can you imagine? She was rummaging through her already aged materials, came across random photos of us, took the time and sent them! For free! Although we did not order or pay for this service! God bless her! Next time, if fate takes me to Phuket and I happen to be looking for someone to swim with, definitely - I'll start calling them first! Thank you for an unforgettable day and those three fantastic dives!

She dived on August 15 and 18, 2017. I dived with Lena on Racha-ya and Roman on phi-phi with great pleasure... Thanks to Alexander, who responded to my message very quickly in just a couple of minutes. And the very next day I was happily looking at various animals in the salty waters. In general, I really liked the communication and the simplicity of the relationship and responsiveness. Thank you. If fate brings me to these parts again, I will definitely turn to them again

I studied the Padi Deep course here (depth up to 40 meters). Everything was successful, instructor Vadim told and showed how to do it correctly and safely. The equipment is good, they also provided me with additional cylinders of increased volume. Everything is in order with the transfer, boat, meals, you can also sunbathe on the upper deck. The training was easy and positive, thanks to Vadim.

We've been diving with the guys for years.For all the time, I can only note the positive aspects of their work and attitude towards the client. Elena did the impossible, submerged my wife, and now, having traveled half the world and done more than 200 dives, we always warmly remember Elena and Alexander. I wanted to dive in Phuket, I found this center on the Internet. The price tag was set at 6700 dietary supplements for two (I'm diving, my wife is resting on a yacht), as it turned out that a personal instructor would go with me for this money, which, in principle, I did not need, because in a group of 5-7 people everything is the same, except for the price tag. There were a lot of people on the yacht, all in groups. My "personal instructor", except for selling me a personal photo on his camera for 2000 dietary supplements, did not provide me with any personal services anymore, we swam together, but with the same joy I would swim in a group. He refused to take pictures of my underwater camera right away... my wife was completely dissatisfied with being on the yacht, the food was the cheapest, tea bags, everything was terribly peppery and inedible. The general impression is that he took most of the money into his pocket, and provided us with the cheapest service. It's not the first time I've been convinced of this attitude when working with Russians on vacation... People, read reliable reviews, not those that this "diving center" writes about itself

The diving center "DIVERSAINT" is a disgusting organization. Intermediaries. There are no instructors or dive guides of their own. Is there a center itself? Perhaps, but we were not invited there, so I conclude that he is not there, or this is an office in the apartment of the director of the center. That is why there is a problem with the equipment that had to be carried daily to the ship and back to the hotel. They use the involvement of guides from other dive centers. There is no ship of its own. They rent places on big ships. Old rental equipment. They did not respond to the elementary request to replace the torn mouthpiece and narrow fins. If you are unable to dive for medical reasons, then the money will not be refunded. Diving days are not postponed to other dates either. We do not recommend dealing with, much less diving with, the DIVERSAINT Saboteur dive center. In our case, when medical assistance was required on the ship (oxygen), and later a pressure chamber, the dive guide could not help with the organization, since he did not speak English. Trust our experience. There are dive centers on the island that are really worthy of your attention! Which have their own ships and do not have such organizational problems as Diversaint.

Diving here in June 2017 The bay is closed, there is no wave, including in low season, the guys have their own speedboat, which reduces the access time to remote dive sites such as Phi Phi or Racha Noi. We trained a child for 10 years, excellent results, the kid is delighted. The equipment is high-quality, fresh, and the logistics are built flawlessly.

To my perplexity, the "interlocutor" threw off a smiley face and this is " I have everything according to PADI. Goodbye, stranger. If you decide, contact us. ✊» By the way, it's a strange familiarity to address strangers immediately with "you". Of course, I will not learn technical diving from them. It is unclear what kind of training can be with such communication at the start.
