*Burmese kadaifi* retains its crispness and sorbet balance perfectly; the quality and quantity of nuts in it are generous. *Baklavas* leave a mark on the palate with the quality of butter, the delicacy of the dough, which is opened in layers, shows mastery. Neither too sugary nor dry — just the right consistency. The *ice cream* they offer next to the desserts is also a separate masterpiece. It is obvious that real milk and natural salep are used; I can say that it rivals the classic Maraş ice cream with its dense consistency, elongated structure and light weight.
