There is a good hairdresser near the house. I would put 5 stars, but not all masters cut their hair neatly. In general, it's passable since I have a simple hairstyle and I don't drive too hard for "fashionable stylish youth", as long as nothing sticks out and everything is smooth. Sometimes it happens that more will be cut from one side or, on the contrary, they will not be cut from the second. And this will generally work. I am glad that 4 masters are working at the same time in the men's hall and even if there is a queue, you do not have to wait long. The longest I've waited is 5 minutes for all the times I've been there)).

I came for an appointment today, a manicure with a long-term coating, the appointment was scheduled for 12 o'clock in the afternoon. I left the master at 5.20 pm, it's just something with something... At first, she looked at my nails for a long time, yes they were short, after she sawed them down to zero, after which she said, let's strengthen them with gel, since the nails are layered, it will be a little more expensive. As a result, they applied gel to all my nails, made a French jacket as I asked, and then cut everything down again..... It's just terrible... And the most that I paid for it was 75 rubles 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫went for long-term coverage .... The girl is a nightmare.... Her colleagues have already told her directly, well, you haven't cut off all the nails of the girl yet......and I understand that the girl doesn't officially work here, but takes her mother's place, I'll figure this out and write to other authorities....I'm just not a conflicted person, but I've been sitting for five hours‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ A nightmare.... I have been visiting this establishment for more than a year, but unfortunately, my last visit to this barbershop left an extremely unpleasant impression. I would like to warn other clients about the unacceptable behavior of the wizard, whose name unfortunately I did not recognize, I hope the administrator will respond to my feedback and leave the name in the feedback.
During the haircut, the specialist behaved inappropriately: he was harsh, inattentive to requests and ignored basic safety rules. As a result of careless movements, the master scratched my neck, which caused not only discomfort, but also real concern about hygiene standards in the salon.
The most unpleasant thing is the complete lack of responsibility for what happened. When I pointed out the problem, the master not only did not apologize, but also shifted the blame to me, saying that "this is normal" and "you have to be patient," can't you help it?" Such an attitude towards the client is unacceptable and completely destroys trust in the institution.
It's a pity that instead of solving the problem, I had to face unprofessionalism. I strongly recommend not contacting this master and advise the salon management to pay attention to the quality of service and training of employees.

When recording, they focus on one cost, while the master, during the provision of the service, informs about the need for additional payment for the strengthening procedure. In fact, the manicure peels off after two days, the nails break (for understanding, a long-term coating is usually worn for 3-4 weeks) . The management suggests contacting another master for an additional fee.
