I really arrived in a dirty car. They said 130 rubles for the full package. The car was washed, but the backstage cover wasn't even wiped with a damp cloth. There were enough joints, I didn't notice right away because I was picking up the car in the dark.

There was an appointment for a comprehensive car wash at 13:00. The administrator asked to wait a little, as they allegedly rent a car. At 13:30, the car wash worker said that he would wash this car for at least another 20 minutes. Arrive by appointment and wait an hour, are you serious?
