Good afternoon! We bought the product (cream) at the DNA store on Pay, because there was a 15% discount when paying on Pay. The first thing that surprised me was the incompetence of the sellers, who until recently did not know how to make a payment. After much discussion with each other, we were finally able to make the payment. First, they tried the product without a discount, the seller said that they "canceled the payment" and re-paid with a discount. The first payment has not been returned so far (2 weeks have passed). The payment was made on October 14 at 19:01. The bank said that the funds should have been returned immediately after the refund. We have already contacted DNA tech support, but there is no response yet. Well, besides that, in general, I advise the company to check the employees from the shift on October 14 for competence and customer orientation, because they did not communicate politely. Thanks!
