The store is good. The assortment is large. The prices are pleasant. But the consultants are not very interested (not all, but some). I called the call button 2 times, but there was no reaction. They stand in a group or just pass by. 2 consultants release one person. I had to do everything myself. Special thanks for the self-service checkout, otherwise we would have to wait an unknown amount of time. Store 5⭐ To consultants 1⭐

The staff (consultants) walk around like zombies, they don't understand anything that's going on around them, they don't respond to buttons. you ask how product X differs from product Y (the difference between them is 100 rubles) - "xs, nothing", they begin to compose advantages or disadvantages of a particular product on the move, mumble under their breath. I had to stand at the checkout for 10 minutes to be served: the cashier started serving, then went to the left, then returned and stuck my product on, not knowing where to pick up, and finally only after that I was able to pick up my purchase. There were no similar problems in other electronics stores. and the hypermarket itself is not bad, the assortment is present.
