The delivery of the product was delayed right before the new year (The product was similar in stock, but the price was higher than the order (so they could not replace it). We rescheduled the delivery for more than a week, when I was already out of town, but we made a refund. For some reason, the seller could not make a refund to the card, only in cash. All this took about half an hour, and in parallel, the employee communicated with customers and his colleague, who helped with the refund. The communication was pleasant and everything was explained clearly, but the impression was slightly spoiled due to the long postponement.
