There are a lot of visitors who are served on a first-come, first-served basis (if you wait for a consultant) and while waiting, you can sell a lot of time if you have patience, the products are not in stock, everything is supposedly in stock, but the site shows that the goods are in the store. On 07/16/2023, the Toshiba 1TB hard drive was paid off in DNS, less than a year after operation, the disk failed - the PC stopped recognizing it. Under warranty, I brought it to the DNS store. The on-site consultant told me that when submitting for warranty repair, the data on the disk will be lost and it is advisable to first carry out their transfer yourself. I took the disk to a service center, where it was confirmed to be repairable. The data was restored (for 3 times the cost of the disk ...). After that, I went back to the same store and handed over the disc according to act KhP1-125. Today, I was refused a refund due to the opening of the disk. Explain the situation - I acted according to the instructions of your store, how to interpret your actions then - sabotage or deception.
