However, after the purchase, it turned out that these headphones do not have a noise reduction function, which completely contradicts the seller's words. Thus, the products were sold to me on the basis of false information, which violates my rights as a consumer. After discovering the discrepancy, I requested that the product be replaced with an equivalent product that meets the stated characteristics. However, they refused to satisfy my legal requirements, and instead offered to pay extra for another product. I consider this decision illegal, since it was the seller's mistake that led to the purchase of an unsuitable model. Based on the above, please: Check the actions of the seller of Evilina. To replace the purchased product with a similar one in terms of cost and characteristics, corresponding to the originally stated noise reduction function, without any additional charges on my part. 1 star for the fact that the store has committed to pay off the installment payment for this product.
