A great store with excellent consultants. Some individual products can only be found here. I was looking for a Cougar chair, it is only available in DNS from all over Belarus. I would like to mention the attitude of the staff towards the clients. Alexander, an employee of the remote sales department, is an excellent specialist who helped to place an order quickly and answered all questions, as well as wished him a happy birthday and made a small discount :) It is extremely rare to have such a pleasant impression of communicating with consultants, and I have never seen such attentive treatment of clients anywhere else.

Great electronics store! Competent and qualified consultants are helpful in all matters. They helped me choose gaming headphones and a mouse that perfectly fit my requirements. I was looking for just such headphones so that the sound was clear, the microphone was good, and they sat comfortably. The sellers listened patiently to my wishes, offered several options, and described in detail the characteristics of each model. In the end, I chose the best option in terms of price and quality. It was about the same with the mouse. I wanted something ergonomic, with a good response and the ability to customize. They showed me several models, gave me a chance to test them, and explained which functions were needed for what. As a result, I bought a mouse that fits perfectly in my hand and is great for gaming. I would like to emphasize the professionalism of the staff of the reference corner. Their willingness to help clients creates a positive impression. Polite and attentive attitude to every issue, regardless of its complexity, demonstrates a high level of service. In general, I was very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product. It is clear that people know their business and really try to help the client. I will recommend this store to my friends and acquaintances. I would also like to mention the pleasant atmosphere in the store. Everything is clean and tidy, the goods are laid out comfortably. There is no sense of intrusiveness on the part of sellers, but if you need help, they are always there. In general, only positive impressions.

The store is interesting, you can find everything you need for a PC, and the prices are reasonable. I didn't like the service, there were zero consultations, I wanted to buy a monitor, I didn't make up my mind, I stomped for 40 minutes, the sellers and consultants didn't care, I tried to catch at least someone. Couldn't choose for himself, left the store without buying.
