In the evening, they turned on the clock at home and found that the clock display was not even relative to the clock frame itself. 09.01.26 in DNS, Palazzo was delivered to issue a refund for a low-quality product. The watch was taken away and an order was issued. After 13 days, we called to find out the information ourselves - they said there was no data, call tomorrow. They called the next day and said they could pick up the watch in the store. According to the results of the service center, everything is fine with the watch. But we are not satisfied with this answer. When the clock is turned on, you can see that the display is shifted. This is a factory defect. According to the law on consumer protection, we can replace the product with a new one, or refund the money. In the store itself, they throw up their hands… There is no attitude towards the client. I do not recommend this store!

I decided to order it online, and from another account, so that it would be brought from the warehouse. After 4 days, I come and try to get an order from the account where the new product was supposed to be delivered, not from the showcase. As a result, the consultant issued the same bu product that was intended for another account (here's a remark, the consultant issued the first product that caught his eye, but nevertheless). After that, I asked to give 2 the same coffee maker, to which the consultant said "if you do this, you will get blocked," to which I replied with a polite request to make it possible to buy new products, and not to buy under the guise of a new one. In total, if you want a NEW product, you need to make sure that it is really new and that they are not trying to sell you a showcase product. In all other major chains, there is always a discount on showcase products. You also need to add software delivery, it is always paid, again in comparison with the 5th element or the 21st century.

We ordered a monitor with online delivery. The online store's service required a full prepayment before receiving the product, and the payment was made. After that, there was no feedback - no SMS, no call from the operator about the delivery. After 4 hours of waiting, we started contacting the store on our own using the contacts listed on the website. Phone calls were ignored - not once or twice, there was no answer at all. Only after an hour of repeated attempts and contacting DNS support in Telegram, a response was received indicating the delivery time - from 12:00 to 16:00 the next day. The delivery did not take place within the specified time interval. On the next call, the operator said that it was necessary to "clarify the information." Later, they called back and said that there were no couriers available, and the delivery was delayed for another hour. No one notified about the delay in advance. The order amount is not symbolic, and with this format of operation, the service must independently inform the customer about the status of the order and delivery. The client does not have to waste time calling and asking for information several times. This level of service is unacceptable.
