I do not recommend this pharmacy. You ask for a certain drug, but they offer a more expensive analogue, although the required drug is available. After abandoning the expensive analogue, it is clarified that the cheaper drug is made in Kazakhstan. Obviously, the pharmacy has a large profit from a more expensive drug. In fairness, I note that this does not always happen. Probably depends on the shift.
