We went into the store at 20:50, the rudeness and ignorance of the staff were in deep shock, they escorted us out of the store and said they had to withdraw the cash register, the store doors were closed 10 minutes before closing, the store is open until 21:00 ! The question is , why are they acting on their own and kicking people out of the store ! The ticket office must be opened at 21 :00
