Unfortunately, it is very common to have one working ticket office, hence the queues. Parking is too small, especially during peak loads.

I was standing at the checkout, the goods were on the tape, having previously stood in a long queue. The cashier says load the goods and go to another cashier, I need to accept the goods. There was no one in line behind me, and there were 5 items on the tape. Terrible attitude of the staff.
