Ohhh...Our favorite veterinary clinic!!!! For professionalism, attentiveness, correct diagnoses and in general, for qualified help only to them!!! Dmitry Viktorovich is a veterinarian from God! He saved me more than once, both by deed and by word. He always operated without complications, clean and beautiful. And anyway, starting from the payment desk and ending with the reception, only positive emotions are caused by the staff!!!

Two years have passed since we turned to the Dobrovet clinic, emotions have subsided, but during this time we have gained a tremendous experience of how animals are treated in other Vet clinics, so we decided to write our sad review, specialists do not conduct proper examination and treatment of animals, faced with the unprofessionalism of this clinic for the treatment of an animal, every day the cat became worse, in 5 days of treatment, a young healthy cat died by eye, in a critical situation they threw up their hands and simply punished 2 times a day, in desperation they were taken to another clinic, but did not have time to get help, specialists were surprised by the treatment methods, the antibiotic was given only 2 times to relieve symptoms, and not a full course of treatment. Later, we came across a lot of bad reviews from other pet owners about this clinic. The WORST CLINIC in the city, even in relation to the whole, you have to sit in line when you have spent a day here and your pet is dying in front of your eyes, and the experience in another clinic of resuscitation actions is different and the tests are taken immediately and not on the 5th day and the day of the death of the animal as in the Voluntary with the words we can't do anything here Promise! Please pet owners contact different specialists, each turns out to be a diagnosis is not a verdict!

I want to leave a sad and negative mark on the paid veterinary clinic "DOBROVET" in Pinsk. With great confidence, we took a German thoroughbred shepherd named "MAX" to the clinic, paid money for services. And after the events, they found themselves in the usual paid "CHARADE". The head of Soganevich A.A., the veterinarians of the clinic showed INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL treatment of an animal that needed help! The veterinarian assured that there is NO X-ray in Pinsk! Diagnostic measures are not carried out in the clinic! According to the external signs of the shepherd's condition, the diagnosis was determined - age-related spondylosis, injections were prescribed! Without collecting tests, X-rays, the shepherd was sent home! And the key point when contacting DOBROVET is the possibility of getting HIT by a dog! There is no German Shepherd anymore! The next morning she died, and did not wait for an emergency! The DOBROVET clinic could not, and most importantly I did not want to give proper treatment to a helpless animal!!!! Let all animals be healthy!

It's disgusting! Instead of treating the cat , they gave us painkillers . They brought a sick kitten , the cat could be said to have been near death .The cat was examined , neither the diagnosis nor the drugs that are given to him were told to us . It looked like the cat was getting better , but as soon as we missed the injections , he returned to the same state . When they started to find out about the drugs and the diagnosis themselves , they found out that they only gave him pain relief . It was only when the doctor was changed that the cat began to recover very quickly . As a result , as it turned out , even the diagnosis was made incorrectly , they said nonsense and that 's all . Yes , perhaps they have a different attitude towards teenagers , you can suck out money and so on . But because of this negligence, we almost lost our pet.
