The only porcelain factory in Belarus, we came here specifically to be impressed by porcelain products. We saw what Sadness looks like. There are no artists in the factory. There are copies of the plates that I used to eat at my grandmother's when I was a kid! I was moved to tears, but they didn't take it. They did not see the Master's art! Simple artisans, they are also needed, of course. Thank them for their hard work, but... There is no brand! General consumer goods.

I like the dishes of this factory, a large selection, high-quality dishes, from classics to avant-garde, it seems there is not enough space, the feeling that not everything fits, a polite saleswoman. Unfortunately, there are not enough sets where everything is available (perhaps the most complete collection is Lavender). With parking, you need to look for a place near the shopping center, there is not much of it, along the road.

I bought 6 dessert plates. Ordinary ones. It would seem that it is simpler. But no, I tried to remove the labels from their bottoms - the problem. Just like Raikin: who sewed the buttons? They are also glued tightly. Thoroughly warmed up with a hair dryer, it seems to be half behind, but not quite. I tried to wipe off the remnants with alcohol - it didn't help, gasoline, acetone - it seemed to feel better. Question to the manufacturer: how should you disrespect your customer, and that's putting it mildly, I would say more harshly - hate! There are Velcro stickers, which allows you to remove it without any problems. No, they chose the meanest and nastiest one. I don't think they bought these stickers out of a big mind. Marketing is at zero here! It seems like a small thing, but the mood after that is kind of sweet. And in the store there is a piece of paper hanging on your coupons - "buy Belarusian. After that, no way!" I'm not sure if you will publish my review, but I still hope that you will get my message.

We experienced stress with my husband on January 3 during the purchase. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. This is not the way to work and serve customers! It seemed that the sellers were working for the first day, they were completely incompetent. Now in order. We have decided on the choice of goods: a tea set for 23 items and plates deep and small for 6 pcs. The purchase is very large even by Russian standards. And then there was a solid surrealism with elements of the quest. Question to the management: why is there no special table for packing goods, because the retail space allows you to install it! Without this table, the packaging of the goods looks deplorable. My heart bleeds, looking at everything that is happening. The seller in the cash register area on an area of 50 by 40 cm in a pile of bags and paper was trying to pack a fragile porcelain set into a branded box. Moreover, absolutely not knowing or not understanding what, how, in what sequence to put in a box. She was constantly fussing, hurrying somewhere. Although there was no one else in the department besides us. It is understandable. It's a weekday, around 12 p.m. At the same time, the second seller sat and worked with documents, not paying attention to what was happening. Only the second time she found the box from under the service. I tried to help with the packaging of the service after another request from the first seller. But she quickly withdrew herself. When I couldn't stand it and made a remark to her that it was not necessary to scratch the set while packing, because we had already paid for it and this was our product. Well, dear comrades, you can't work like this!!! Such good products and such ridiculous service. Therefore, only 2 stars

It's just awful!!! I love white production and state and local/private production. I have always admired and supported, BUT the Dobrushsky plant has become an exception. I bought dishes at the store and couldn't get enough of it. I somehow went in and couldn't buy the whole set, so I decided to order more on the website.... And then all hell broke loose!!! Not only that, my application was processed for half a year!!!! No greetings, no reply. And when the order was placed half a year later, I received dishes that were frankly different, some of the print quality was poor, some of the paint was different. They explained to me how to make a refund using the only number on the website 10 times (after a bunch of phrases "I DO NOT KNOW"), I also pay for the dishes to go there and back, although objectively the refund is defective. Well, yes, we have problems with the printing press, we all tried to figure it out (they told me on the phone), but they didn't warn us before the frame that there were such nuances. It's a disappointment.…
