I came to this pharmacy once with a fever. There was no medicine needed, so I asked him to see which pharmacies could buy this medicine.
To which he replied with a grin that this was not his responsibility. And they say I must first tell him the magic words so that he can start doing something.
I was shocked by this approach. As a result, I left a negative review in the complaint book. And there are a lot of complaints in this book, and that's all about him. Everyone complains about his disrespect and arrogance.
Please ask the pharmacy management to pay attention to such incompetent and non-client-oriented work of this friend.
