My son's smartphone Xiaomi Poco M3 was brought. The master took it to work without any paper, just took it to the table and told him to come in forty minutes. They took it away. The case near the SIM card slot is damaged, the cracks are slightly higher, and they tried to hide it, pretend that everything is fine, they say it's difficult to open the lid at the jumper. My wife told me what kind of professionals they were and why they hadn't warned us that damage was possible, so we would have gone to another company. A new phone, and here it is. Reluctantly, the master offered to leave the phone to replace the cover. I didn't want to leave after such a job. We agreed on a discount in the cost of a new lid. There was an unpleasant aftertaste. A strange attitude towards clients and work. P.S. A few months later, the phone went off again, they took it to the human center, it turned out that the problem had not been fixed by the previous fixers. For half the fee, the problem was fixed once and for all. P.S. The attitude and communication with customers can be seen even in aggressive responses to inconvenient honest reviews, when instead of apologies there are typical attacks and accusations of trolling; such upbringing cannot be repaired for sure.
